How to opt in
You can join ExcelTax Alerts by checking the text-message consent box when you request an appointment on our appointments page and submitting the form. The box is optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt out
Text STOP to [SMS NUMBER] at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't send further messages unless you opt in again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOP ALL.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that deliver our messages process your number only to send them. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Carriers and delivery
The program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and most regional carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee delivery of any message; delivery depends on your wireless provider and network.
Eligibility and your number
You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. If you change or give up your number, text STOP from it first or contact us so we can remove it.
Disputes
These SMS terms are part of our Terms of Service. Any dispute relating to them is resolved as described there — by individual binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with a class action waiver.
